The delivery times above are estimates calculated from the date the order is dispatched, keeping in mind the transit time. Shipping times are in working days and do not include weekends.
Deliveries might take longer due to circumstances outside of our control, such incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, busy periods globally such Christmas or other such circumstances.
After your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, this will be sent to the email address entered at checkout. If you do not receive this email please check your spam inbox (especially if using hotmail) before contacting us. Once this email has been sent, your order will begin to be processed. Shortly after dispatch you will receive the tracking number for your order, this could take a couple of days to update.
Processing time
The order processing time normally takes 1-5 business days. Processing includes checking your order, packing and dispatching to the courier service.
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments made are in USD. Currency conversions are shown in your local currency on the site, but payments are processed in USD.
Shipments
We ordering multiple items at a time, they maybe shipped separately so that we can get them to you faster. We use multiple warehouses and always ship orders in the fastest way possible, so that you receive your products as soon as possible.
If orders are sent in multiple shipments you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers.
Order cancellation & Order changes
All orders are sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping daily. Cancellation of an order is subject to discretion and confirmation from our customer support department, if an order has been dispatched cancellation or changes will not be possible and the item would need to be returned once received.
If you have made an error in your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so any changes can be made before your order is dispatched.
