1. Shipping Availability

  • We ship worldwide.

2. Shipping Costs

  • United States: Flat-rate shipping of $5.99 per order.
  • International Orders: Flat-rate shipping of $7.99 per order.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) (GMT -6) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Delivery times may be impacted by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

5. Shipping Process & Tracking

  • Shipping Partners: We work with a range of trusted carriers based on your location and package size. These include USPS, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, and other local courier services.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: Whenever possible, we use sustainable materials.
  • Tracking Your Order:
    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
    • You can track your order via our website using your tracking number.

6. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price and may be charged upon delivery.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.
  • Linnvara is not responsible for any customs-related delays.

7. Missing or Delayed Orders

  • If your package is missing or delayed, follow these steps:
    • Report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date by emailing hello@bronlee.com with your order number.
  • Resolution Options:
    • If lost or damaged: We will send a free replacement of the same item.
    • If delayed by the carrier: We will assist in tracking your order, but we cannot control carrier or customs delays.
      Refunds are not provided for delays outside of our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You have 48 hours from the delivery date to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: Our standard solution is a **free replacement** of the same item.
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided (for example, if the item is out of stock).
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Personalized or custom products cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping:
    In rare cases where a physical return is required, items must be sent to our logistics center in China.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

9. Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on returns.
