Bronlee Return & Refund Policy
At Bronlee, we value every customer and want you to enjoy your purchase. Because each order is fulfilled individually and shipped directly from our overseas warehouse, our return and refund policy is limited to specific cases.
1. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To report an issue, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email hello@bronlee.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Case Review: Our customer service team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and provide instructions on the next steps.
3. Replacement or Refund: If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a free replacement of the same item. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible (for example, if the item is out of stock).

2. Return & Refund Conditions
We only accept issue reports for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases:
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind or the product “does not meet expectations”
- Wrong size, color, or style ordered
- Dislike of material, texture, or perceived quality
- Orders placed by mistake
- Items that fit differently than expected
- Delayed delivery caused by customs or carrier

If a refund is approved (only when a replacement cannot be provided), it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Because each item is fulfilled and shipped individually, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order.

In rare cases where a physical return is required, items must be shipped to our logistics center in China.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing by our support team.
